OPEN ART EXHIBIT

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY 1. Exhibit open to all permanent residents of Columbus County above the age of 16 years. 2. Entries are limited to (1) per division for each artist and must have been painted in the last 24 hours. 3. All artwork must be framed or matted complete with an attached wire, and ready for hanging. 4. Picture dimensions must not exceed 108” 5. Entries will be accepted on Saturday,  from 1-5 pm at the Evelyn Rabon Building. 6. All work must be properly identified with an official entry blank on the back upper right corner. 7. The Columbus County Fair will not be responsible for loss or damage to the artwork but will attempt to prevent any loss or damage that might occur. 8. The Committee reserves the right to reject any entry upon their discretion. The Committee’s ruling is final on any ruling. 9. Artwork must be picked up on Sunday, after 4:00 pm at the Evelyn Rabon Building. 10. One (1) piece of artwork from the total show will be judged as Best in Show and receive an additional cash prize of $50.00.

OPEN PROFESSIONAL & AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHY

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY  1. Exhibit open to all permanent residents of Columbus County above the age of 16 years.  2.
